Previously, Eric held various leadership and program management positions in engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, and international business development at L3 Communications, Honeywell, and Precision Conversions. He is the founder of the consulting firm, SUMMI7, which helps businesses grow profits and scale innovation with mission-driven purpose.
