Overview

THIS IS THE STORY THE FBI WANTED TO KEEP SECRETThe true story leading up to 9/11, free of lies, spin, and cover-ups, reveals that 9/11 could have been prevented.During 1996, supervisors from the FBI headquarters International Terrorism Unit met with agents from the Chicago Joint Terrorism Task Force. FBI Agent Robert Wright questioned the FBI's refusal to open criminal terrorism investigations on HAMAS. An FBIHQ supervisor yelled, ""I forbid you from opening any criminal investigations against any of them!"" ""I forbid you! I do not want any criminal investigations opened against any of our [classified] intelligence subjects! Do you understand me?"" Knowing innocent lives were at stake, Wright knew he had to open an Act of Terrorism [AOT] criminal case. Despite the circumstances, he opened the 'forbidden' AOT criminal case. Assisted by senior FBI Agent John Vincent. The case, code-named VULGAR BETRAYAL [VB], was underway. In 1998, the first-ever US Government Civil Seizure of Middle Eastern terrorist funds, totaling $1.4 million, was conducted by VB. In June 1999, the first of thirteen trained HAMAS terrorists planned to be arrested in 1999, was apprehended by VB. Wright followed the money trails of domestic and international terrorists. In 1999, Wright traveled to the Middle East twice to collect evidence against US-based and international terrorist financiers, who funded terrorist attacks against Israel. During his second trip, FBIHQ supervisor Mike Resnick asked an Israeli military official, ""Do you know what the answer is to peace in the Middle East?"" The military officer replied, ""No, do you?"" ""He's the answer to Middle East peace,"" Resnick stated, gesturing towards Wright. Within the FBI, many supervisors and agents worked against VB's successful prosecution of terrorists and their finances. Protecting their job security was more important to these agents than protecting the American people. In August 1999, Chicago SAC Kathleen McChesney negligently shut down VB and Wright's efforts to prevent future terrorist attacks. In August 1999, to prevent future loss of innocent lives from future terrorist attacks, Agent Wright did two things. He hired Chicago attorney David Schippers and began writing this book. To warn Congress about the FBI's negligence regarding known terrorists operating in America, he needed Mr. Schippers' help. According to Wright, the FBI's actions showed a preference for protecting known terrorists from criminal investigation instead of fulfilling its mission to protect the American people. On September 10, 2001, Wright worked late into the night to complete this book about his efforts to protect American citizens from Middle Eastern terrorists, against the FBI's repeated efforts to stop VB. On September 11, 2001, hours after finishing this book, the attacks on the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and Pennsylvania occurred. America was attacked by terrorists, realizing Wright's worst fears. On October 1, 2001, Wright submitted this book to the FBI for a pre-publication review before providing it to Congress. Upon reading the book, pandemonium ensued at FBI headquarters. The FBI made every effort to obstruct the American people and Congress from accessing this book. A First Amendment lawsuit against the FBI became Wright's only recourse. Wright sought to expose the FBI's negligence, both past and present. This VULGAR BETRAYAL series of four books reveals the FBI's negligence, using actual FBI documents to support Wright's true story with no lies, spin, or cover-ups.
