Author Information

June Harvey worked in the education field for many years, primarily with kindergarten students. Her dog, Snowy, was a constant presence in the classroom. On the days when Snowy joined her in the classroom, the children's attention and interest in learning was enhanced. Since June lived close to Washington, D.C., June's love of the city propelled her to help children learn more about our nation's capital. June's first book, Confessions of a Crazed Tour Guide, was based on her own experiences owning a tour company-she often brought tour groups to Washington, D.C.
