In 1982 Argentina invaded the Falkland Islands, an Archipeligo in the South Atlantic. The United Kingdom sent a task force to liberate the islands. Young men from both sides fought, men and women were killed in the fighting with many physically and mentally injured. This book tells the story of those who lived through the war, civilian and armed forces, families and friends through poetry. Written by a Falklands veteran in memory of those lost during and after the war.

Andy Trish is himself a Falklands War veteran who served on the Flagship, HMS Hermes. He is very active in the Royal Navy veterans community and donates all the profits from his books to Armed Forces charities.
