Overview

The Exodus Theory is a spiritual Exodus archetype, depicting a personal spiritual pilgrimage. In reviewing historical Christian beliefs and universally established Church doctrines, readers are given an analysis of modern hindrances apparently aimed at hindering spiritual freedom on an individualistic level. These hindrances take the form of state policies and legal frameworks that cause deviations from original church form. Readers are posed with challenging questions: How can there be a separation of Church and State, when state governments must approve the church's establishment? What does this mean for modern Christians sojourning into a spiritual wilderness? Does the 501c3 framework benefit the church or the state? The second part concerns church history, doctrines, and unity. The last part considers the unknown next step for the Church age.
