Roger Greenhalgh is a well-known international figure in vascular surgery. He runs an annual meeting (The Charing Cross Symposium) that attracts about 500 participants and is Editor of the European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He is also one of the few foreign corresponding members of the North American Chapter of Vascular Surgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery.
