Nicholas Paleveda MBA J.D. LL.M is the Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Tax Program at Northeastern University in Boston. He received his MBA from the University of South Florida, his J.D. from the University of Miami and LL.M in Tax from the University of Denver. Mr. Paleveda is licensed before the U.S. Tax Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been the Estate planning attorney for the founding family of Coca Cola, the founder of Dunkin Donuts, the President of Phillip Morris and the President of Kimberly-Clarke among other interesting individuals . He is also a 3X Florida State Chess Champion and USCF chessmaster. Mr. Paleveda is married with two children and is from Tampa Florida where he has about 1500 relatives currently living in the Tampa Bay area. He is a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association
