LL.M is the Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Tax Program at Northeastern University in Boston. He received his MBA from the University of South Florida, his J.D. from the University of Miami and LL.M in Tax from the University of Denver. Mr. Paleveda is licensed before the U.S. Tax Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been the Estate planning attorney for the founding family of Coca Cola, the founder of Dunkin Donuts, the President of Phillip Morris and the President of Kimberly-Clarke among other interesting individuals .
