The practice is exclusively endorsed by the Institute of Directors (IoD). Ian trained with Grant Thornton in Glasgow, moving to London in 1982 to join The Thomson Corporation. He held several senior positions within the Corporation, before developing a leading UK Corporate Finance Boutique in the early nineties.
