Maria began her Pagan journey as a Wiccan, but later joined the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, where she has been an active member for over twenty years. She co-edited the Order's 50th Anniversary Anthology and has contributed articles and ceremonies to their library archive and other Pagan anthologies and magazines such as Pagan Dawn and Sage Woman.
