Kostas splits his time between the UK and the Greek island of Crete where he runs his own yoga centre called Heliodorus Yoga. He has completed several yoga teacher training courses to increase his knowledge, including with Sivananda Yoga, Agama Yoga, and Jivamukti Yoga. In 2019 he also gained a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching from the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (Mindfulness Now), completing their mindfulness teacher training course in the UK. He has travelled widely, with many trips to India over the past 20 years, gaining some of his yoga qualifications and experience at ashrams in the country.
