"This Epistle is considered ""The Epistle of Joy"" written by the apostle Paul while still chained in a Roman prison. He had said that in whatever state he found himself, he had learned to be content. WOW! He had at times had an abundance. Other times he didn't have enough. He had been in prison; had been shipwrecked; whipped, stoned, and left for dead but he kept his joy in Christ. Despite it all, he said nothing could separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. He may not always have been happy about his situation - but he remained joyful. In this Epistle the apostle mentions joy, rejoice, or a variation of such sixteen times in 104 verses.
