Perry Lyle , PhD., is a world-renowned criminologist with over 40 years of experience in public safety leadership and private security. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lyle has held key leadership positions in law enforcement, intelligence, and the private security sector. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and later completed his doctoral degree with honors in public safety leadership from Capella University. Additionally, Dr. Lyle pursued postgraduate studies in counterterrorism at Reichman University in Herzliya, Israel. For the past fifteen years, Dr. Lyle has been dedicated to higher education as a professor of criminal justice at Columbia College of Missouri, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. A native Floridian, he is an active member of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences and the Association for Former Intelligence Officers. Dr. Lyle’s research and publications focus on social equality in criminal justice and education, and he is the author of several books and peer-reviewed journal articles in the social sciences. A peer reviewer for the U. S. Office of Justice Programs (OJP), he is also a board member for the Community Dynamics: An International and Interdisciplinary Journal and a co-editor for the International Journal of Leadership, Education, and Business Studies and a member of the Board of Advisors for Law Enforcement and Education for the Center of Racial Justice, Dillard University. Dr. Lyle is deeply committed to advancing integrity and professionalism in public service leadership and remains passionate about fostering positive change within the field of criminal justice. Ghosh Thinnakkakath is a seasoned IT leader and independent researcher with more than 30 years of global experience helping organizations modernize and run mission-critical systems with confidence. He holds dual PhD degrees in Information Technology and Business, along with postgraduate qualifications in Mathematics, Computer Applications, and Business Administration. Over the years, Dr. Thinnakkakath has led high-impact engagements across industries and is known for steady leadership in complex environments, strong stakeholder alignment, and a practical, customer-first mindset. Alongside his industry work, he contributes to academic publishing and professional communities through authored book chapters and editorial initiatives.
