He serves as Associate and Managing Guest Editor for various Q1 research journals and as series editors of several book series for Springer. Dr. Esperanza Álvarez-Rodríguez focus on environmental problems associated with aluminium toxicity, restoration of mine dumps as well as contamination by F, As, heavy metals and antibiotics. In the last decade he studied different wastes as bioadsorbents for heavy metals and antibiotics. He has authored more than 250 publications, more than 130 of them in JCR journals, and he has acted as Guest Editor for research journals. Dr. David Fernández-Calviño‘s research interests focus on the impacts of agriculture on soil biodiversity, soil pollution chemical processes and impacts of soil pollution on soil microbiology.
