Overview

David Capron brings us a third helping of insightful anecdotes as he all but completes his priestly ministry. The End of The Line has been written to celebrate the 150th anniversary of St. Andrew's Church, Shottery where David was incumbent some forty years ago. The tales cover all aspects of parochial ministry including both the sorrowful and the joyful. Being an Anglo Catholic, David loves to tell stories and is not averse to telling them against himself or his tradition. Such a narrative needs to be accompanied by some liquid refreshment, preferably real ale, followed closely by red wine. David is grateful for all the support that he has received from so many people over the years and with whom it has been his privilege to share in the journey of ministry.
