""Innocent until proven guilty,"" is what defense lawyer Melvin Casey always told his clients. However, when he is in the hot seat, innocence is far from a reality. A court case 8 years ago put Melvin in a cage fit for an adulterer, and premeditated murderer. Jacklyn Casey was a stay-at-home mom that also devoted her time to a non-profit charity.
