OverviewRisk stratification of major cardiovascular events after ACS using Doppler echocardiography provides prognostic support for different clinical models and enables non-invasive risk assessment, independent of comorbidities. echoscore offers a better definition of the categories of high- and intermediate-risk patients in whom a more aggressive approach improves outcomes. 85 echocardiographic parameters are studied.
