Bert P.M. Creemers is Professor in Educational Sciences at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He is the founding editor of the journals School Effectiveness and School Improvement and Educational Research and Evaluation. Leonidas Kyriakides is Assistant Professor of Educational Research and Evaluation at the University of Cyprus. He is a member of the editorial board and book review editor of School Effectiveness and School Improvement.
