The Dual Light Speed Universe- CS Description & Author The universe that we live in is a dual light speed universe. Our physical light-speed Universe Co has a speed of 186,000 miles per second. On the other side of the light speed barrier is the spiritual universe Cs which has a speed of 1000 light years per second. Everything in the universe is composed of three things called dot-waves. There are positive dot-waves and negative dot-waves and bipolar dot-waves. The dot-waves oscillate between the physical universe Co and the spiritual universe Cs. In the Co universe they have a mass of 1.566E-72 kilograms and a charge of 2.755E-61 coulombs. When they are in the Cs universe they have the same charge of 2.755E-61 coulombs but the mass is very tiny. As the dot-wave moves between the light speed dimensions, its energy is constant but its mass changes dramatically. The units of mass are charge velocity. Thus the property of mass is caused by a charge moving from one light speed to another. The gravitational field is composed of bipolar dot-waves which are balanced blends of plus and minus dot-waves. These make up the photons as well. The electric fields are made up of individual plus and minus dot-waves. Space is filled with these dot-waves. Space itself has no properties whatsoever. It is the dot-waves within space that produces the gravitational constant, the impedance of space, etc. The book is based upon a lifetime of dreams and visions in which scientific data and prior life experiences from the spiritual mind of my soul were transmitted to me. Since a strong one on one encounter in 1981 I have studied and tried to understand the dreams and data. Although I was shown the physical universe and the spiritual universe, I always believed that they were independent. Therefore my previous books had dot-waves were operated separately at light speed Co. Our souls in light speed Cs energy interacted with our physical body in Co energy. However no matter how hard I tried to convince myself that my work was correct, it always failed to fully convince me and did not excite the various professors of physics who reviewed my books over the years. Then my dreams started up again after so many years without them. I rewrote my Futureoids book and included Cosmic Reincarnation within it. Thus I came to realize that the dot-waves existed in both worlds. Now things are more clear to me. This is my eightieth year and now I appear satisfied that my quest for an understanding of the equations I originally wrote from 1981to 1983 have the correct words to explain them. My work is the work of an Engineer who uses simple algebraic equations and Engineering models to explain the Universe. The scientists and mathematicians will be able to use my models to produce very complex math equations which few people will be able to grasp. This book will enable a scientifically inclined individual to understand the universe. In the last chapter, The Spiritual World, I describe the world of Cs mass/energy I have been shown. The reader will learn of the soul of man, the light of the spiritual world at the center of this Earth, the reincarnation process and the cosmic reincarnation process to new Earths. Only the physical aspects are discussed. The book is applicable to people of all religions or no religion. Only the physics of the spiritual world is involved. Long ago I believed that my communication was with God. The alternative was that the communication was with my own soul. In the end my original thinking was in error. All that I encountered was the soul that I was born with. My soul is quite old and has lived many lifetimes upon many planets in the universe. I suspect that is true of many other people. Thus I am only one of many people who have lived before upon many other Earths in the Universe.

I was born in Brooklyn N.Y. on Dec. 24,1938 at the time World War Two was starting up. I went to Brooklyn Tech. H.S. and went to work at Con Edison as I went to Polytechnic Institute at night. Fro Con Edison I worked for D.W.S.G.&E. of the City of New York. I got married then I graduated and worked for Sperry Rand on Long Island in their Radar Research Dept. Then I went to work for the Port of N.Y. Authority and returned to Sperry where I retired in 1993 during a large layoff. In 1991 I started to have very strong one on one spiritual encounters. I struggled to free myself from any communication with the spiritual world but I was unable to do so. I agreed to study God and the Universe and was released from the up front and personal encounters. After that the only acceptable method of communications I agreed to were dreams. For many years I suffered panic attacks caused by the encounters of 1981. Since I have a hyper manic bipolar mind, I was able to bring myself into communication with the spiritual world. This caused me a lot of pain and suffering but I survived for the sake of my family. I wrote many self-published books but after I finished them I always felt they were not adequate. Although I had been radiated with high light speed healing energy in 1981 and years later when I was dying of double pneumonia, I never imagined that the dot-waves oscillated from light speed Co to light speed Cs. Finally this missing link appear to me in another dream and now I know the answer that I sought all these years.
