Overview

A new series set in the world of the Hunter's Code and the Order of Architects! Have you ever watched someone's pride go up in flames? I have. It happened on the day your children screamed for help, and the only one to come to their aid was the one you had humiliated and cast out. I saved humanity. The same humanity that had betrayed me. Then I was an outcast again ... The years have passed. I don't expect gratitude, and I don't offer forgiveness. I just don't need you anymore. I am the Drone Lord. It is me who decides my fate--not gods, not people, not anybody except me. Memory is my voice, rage is my fuel, and an army of steel is my weapon. A new world. A new body. I'm alone, but I'm not lonely. Hey, wait! How come they know my name?!

Author Information

Oleg Sapphire was born in April 1993 in the city best known as ""Little Paris."" He's always been a good-natured banterer constantly in the thick of his fun-loving friends. This didn't prevent him from getting two degrees though, in law as well as in IT. He used his expertise in both areas to pen his LitRPG series. His hobbies are archery and reading, but the one pastime that really moves his soul is coin collecting, hunting for rare specimens with quite a bit of history behind them. Ever since childhood, he's been an artist at heart. His other passion is painting, and he's made his way through an inordinate amount of books. Oleg has been surrounded by pets from an early age, so animals take a large place in both his heart and in his books, much to his readers' joy. Writing is his life and his livelihood; he relates to every moment of his characters' journeys, sympathizing with them in both his heart and his mind. Yuri Vinokuroff was born in 1976 in Sevastopol. An avid reader from an early age, he was especially fond of fantasy and science fiction. Already back then, he knew he wanted to write books rather than just read them. But as it often happens, all of his time and energy were consumed by his successful career, his family and his French Bulldog breeding kennel. His professional activities involved designing and constructing power plants and facilities, which couldn't be further removed from his teenage dream of writing fiction. Still, Yuri didn't give up. Eventually, he began writing for Facebook and even created a small challenge for himself, completing 100 posts in 100 days. It was there that he gained his first fans. During the 2020 lockdown, he used the opportunity to enter a major LitRPG competition. Although his novel didn't win, it still went viral, soon followed by the rest of the series. Philip Parker is a writer, consultant and publisher specializing in ancient and medieval political and military systems. He studied history at Trinity Hall, Cambridge, and is the author of A History of Britain in Maps (2016), the DK Eyewitness Companion Guide to World History (2010) and many more. He was the general editor of Anova's Great Trade Routes (2010), and winner of a Certificate of Merit for the Mountbatten Maritime Award in the Maritime Media Awards 2013. As a publisher he ran The Times books list, including works on ancient civilizations and The Times History of the World. He lives in London with his partner and daughter. Ray Greenley is an Oregon-born narrator living near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has many years of stage acting and narrating experience. In addition to his acting experience and training, Ray has a background in computer science. When not working in his professionally built voice-over booth, Ray enjoys spending time with his family of seven kids, several of whom he still reads to before bedtime. He also loves playing board, video, and role-playing games and being Cubmaster for his kids' Cub Scout Pack.
