Paul Fayad, born in Detroit in the late 1950s, is the youngest of four siblings to Lebanese immigrant parents. He attended Wayne State University, initially pursuing sciences before earning a BS in entrepreneurship. Paul advanced to Central Michigan University for an MSA in organizational behavior. As president and CEO of HHA Services, he transformed the company into a national leader in health care. A cofounder of Positive Leader and ELM Learning, he develops leadership programs globally. Paul produced the award-winning documentary Helambu and actively supports education for girls in Nepal. He resides in Detroit with his wife, Debra, and continues to consult on leadership initiatives.
