Overview

While carrying out research in Paris, American historian John Craig is surprised when he runs into his old college professor. Sussman is a worried man. Author Information

Helen MacInnes (1907-1985) was a Scottish-American author of espionage novels. Dubbed ""the queen of spy writers,"" her books have sold more than twenty-five million copies in the United States alone and have been translated into over twenty-two languages. Several of her books have been adapted into films, such as Above Suspicion (1943), with Joan Crawford, and The Salzburg Connection (1972). Stefan Rudnicki first became involved with audiobooks in 1994. Now a Grammy-winning audiobook producer, he has worked on more than five thousand audiobooks as a narrator, writer, producer, or director. He has narrated more than nine hundred audiobooks. A recipient of multiple AudioFile Earphones Awards, he was presented the coveted Audie Award for solo narration in 2005, 2007, and 2014, and was named one of AudioFile's Golden Voices in 2012.
