The Distracted Puppy

Overview

CAN ONE PLAYFUL PUP FIND HIS FOCUS - AND HIS FOREVER HOME? Mac is a bouncy, tail-wagging ball of fluff with a heart full of joy and a nose for distraction. Chasing ducks, digging holes, and sprinting after rabbits are all in a day's fun - but when it comes to concentrating... Mac has a lot to learn. Life on the farm means finding a real job, and Mac's constant distractions land him in big trouble. No job means no home - and if Mac can't learn to concentrate, he might lose everything he loves. The Distracted Puppy is a heartwarming tale about finding your purpose, staying true to yourself, and realizing that sometimes, our greatest strength is hiding in plain sight. Perfect for young readers and dog lovers of all ages, this story is a reminder that even the most energetic pups can find their place in the world.

Author Information

Tamsin was born in the UK and grew up in Cornwall until relocating to New Zealand as a young child. Her love of books was strong from an early age, as was her desire to write children's books. As a single mother with demanding jobs, there never seemed to be the time. Now with grown-up children and a grandchild to adore, she has put the time aside to follow this love. She has created a series of whimsical stories, told through children's favourite animals, with messages based on the challenges her own children faced growing up.
