Victoria Barrett has taught more than three thousand college students, most of them freshmen, in online, face-to-face, and hybrid courses. She is also the editor and publisher of fiction press Engine Books and a writer whose own fiction, nonfiction, and essays have appeared in the Washington Post, Glimmer Train Stories, Gay Mag, and other national outlets.
