There is nothing I need more than encouragement around my issues and relationship with food. We folks who battle the bulge are a community; and, I find the support of others always gets me through the rough spots. The DIET Syndrome is my way of giving back. This is not a diet book with low fat recipes designed to melt extra pounds; nor is this an exercise book filled with sweaty activities to help burn fat. Far from it. The DIET Syndrome is a unique approach that offers support and encouragement to anyone who has issues around food. In these pages you'll find scores of my tips and tricks - the strategies I use to help me get through the rough spots in my personal battle with food and staying healthy. I'm sure as you read The DIET Syndrome you'll recognize some of your own personal food battles.
