This regulation- a. Prescribes policies, functions, organization, and responsibilities for the Department of the Army Command and Control System (DACCS) and sets forth the concept of operations. b . I m p l e m e n t s r e p o r t i n g r e q u i r e m e n t s o f t h e J o i n t R e p o r t i n g Structure (JRS) and assigns Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), responsibilities for JRS reports. c. Establishes policy and guidance for submission of operational reports to HQDA by the Army Staff and by major Army commanders to include wartime reporting requirements. d. Assigns responsibility for the Department of the Army Command and Control Reporting System (DAXREP).
