Author Information

Jennifer was columnist for a newspaper in San Francisco before she moved away from the news desk and transitioned into an academic research position around the year 2010. She has also worked as a teacher, an editor, a business consultant, and a project manager. Jennifer grew up in California, and after suffering head trauma in a motorcycle accident in 2006, she relocated to Yavapai County, Arizona. Jennifer lives in the mountains of Arizona with her family and her children on their small farm along with her rescued dogs, a flock of chickens, two ducks, one guinea pig, and one cat. Jennifer's formal studies focused on forensic psychology, business management, and economics, and she completed her post graduate studies in 2018. Jennifer also studied history, and genealogy, and hopes that her writing will give her readers a true taste for Arizona, and a better look at what the wild west was really like.
