Overview

This zombie survival horror began as sort of a joke. A series of individual emails... ""episodes"" if you will. A good friend of mine, Mike Ford, was pivotal in encouraging me to continue and expand on what I had started. As I wrote more and more episodes the email list began to grow and grow within my work sphere. People began to look forward to my weekly installments of this little project I had started. Once I had written a fairly large amount and the episodes came to an end, I realized that I should spend the time to combine all of them into a cohesive story that flowed well for the reader. Without the support of my friends, family and those around me. I would never have gotten this book published. It's funny how something so trivial... a joke even, given the right encouragement can start off so small and turn into something great. I can't thank you all enough. The book takes place in the town of East Longmeadow with landmarks and locations accurate to the geography. The Covid 19 Virus mutates, turning the world into a zombie apocalypse. The book follows the main character, AJ... a bit of a doomsday prepper, surviving the end times from the very beginning of the outbreak. Through loss and the horrors of the undead he struggles with his grip on humanity. AJ tries his best to survive the horrific new world he finds himself in.
