Overview

The legendary bounty hunter known as Clay ""Coyote"" Williams gets pulled from his vengeance quest to bodyguard a strange wizard, Jack Finch, who claims to be the seventh son's seventh son. Born with luck and magic, Jack stays by Clay's side despite Clay warning against it. Clay wasn't just a monster, he was cursed with a demon he couldn't control. Undissuaded, Jack stays through the worse the curse brings. Their bond continues to deepen as they understand each other in a way no one else could, both being transmen running from their past. A past that was more intertwined than either realized. Despite the fear of the monster inside him, Clay lets himself get close. Soon his motivations change from a need to avenge the dead to a need to protect the living.
