The author, Archbishop Frank Bugge, is the founder and Presiding Bishop (the Primate) of the Australian Church of Antioch. Additionally, Archbishop Frank as he is called, has studied for many years and continues to do so with Xenos as was taught by Archbishops Herman and Meri Spruit of the Catholic Apostolic Church of Antioch--Malabar Rite.
