Part 2: Integration & Operation Breakpoint Humanity integrates into the Confluence, contributing primitive but unpredictable technology and tactics. Captain Vasquez proposes Operation Breakpoint-a massive coordinated offensive against Swarm supply nodes. The operation succeeds, slowing Swarm expansion and buying critical time. Part 3: Operation Genesis An ancient Observer species, the Archivists, reveal the Swarm's origin and its fatal weakness: a genetic kill switch scattered across seven encrypted vaults deep within Swarm territory. Seven multinational teams volunteer for suicide missions to recover the vault data.
