Author Information

Charles W. Dunn is the former chair of both the United States J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board and the Department of Political Science at Clemson University. He is currently dean of the School of Arts and Letters at Grove City College. Among his many previous books are The Future of the American Presidency and The Scarlet Thread of Scandal. J. David Woodard, the Thurmond Professor of political science at Clemson University and the co-author of The Burden of Busing, has received numerous teaching awards, including the Michelin Award for Excellence in Teaching.
