Her fields of interests are grid computing, artificial intelligence and computational intelligence. Nayancy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. She has a PhD from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. Her research interests include cryptography, lightweight cryptography, blockchain and data mining.
