Kelleher & Associates Environmental Mgmt LLC, resident of San Jose, CA, coordinates the investigation and remediation of contaminated public or private properties, typically within his role as a neutral court consultant. Occasionally, he tackles interesting historical mysteries using the skills he has honed in providing neutral opinions to mediators and litigating parties in the face of conflicting expert opinions. He presents his technical/scientific findings in books when he is confident he has gathered sufficient evidence to unravel the mystery. This is his second such book.
