She uses digital humanities techniques to illuminate their historical contexts for the contemporary reader. She received her undergraduate degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and her Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow.Jennifer Nolan is Associate Professor of English at North Carolina State University. She has published widely on the literary, cultural, editorial and visual contexts of popular American magazines in the interwar era, with special emphasis on F. Scott Fitzgerald, short stories and illustration. Her recent work has appeared in the F. Scott Fitzgerald Review, Book History, American Periodicals and the Journal of Modern Periodical Studies.
