Bard, M.D., is the former chief of the neurosurgery section of Mercy and Sutter Hospitals (and a staff neurosurgeon for 30 years) and a past president of the Sacramento (CA) Neurological Society. He was an assistant clinical professor at UC Davis Medical Center for 25 years. Mitchell G. Bard, Ph.D., is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide(R) to World War II and The Complete Idiot's Guide(R) to the Middle East Conflict.
