OverviewINTRODUCTION Sushi is a very famous dish that originated from traditional Japanese food. This dish is often consumed as a snack. Sushi is actually a dish made of white rice cooked in rice vinegar and served together with different types of toppings. There are some traditional sushi bars that serve green tea along with the sushi meal and there are some where sake wine is served with it. Sake is a very popular wine made with rice and served warm in winter.
