Reviews

' This book does what it says on the cover and does it well. It is my recommended book for anyone thinking of doing their day skipper practical ' Sailers.co.uk (June 09) 'A very good way to learn the basics.' Ausmarine (October 2009) 'If you are a newcomer to sailing, this book gives you clear and concise guidance.' Yachting Monthly (August 2009) 'Clearly laid out, with suitable use of colour photgraphs to enliven the text and with good, clear diagrams, the book is very accessible.' Royal Naval Sailing Association Journal (WInter 2009) 'Tom Cunliffe...has a laid back, no fuss, hands on method of teaching, and a writing style that is eminently readable. The use of excellent colour pics and graphics also helps the learner along nicely. The whole fulfils perfectly the cover's sub-title - 'Skippering with confidence right from the start'. Sailing (February 2010)
