Author InformationAmy Z. Rowland is a certified Usui Reiki Master with additional training in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Gendai, and Komyo Reiki. She began her studies in 1987 with Rev. Beth Gray, a Reiki Master trained by Mrs. Hawayo Takata, the first Westerner to teach and practice Reiki outside Japan. Rowland teaches workshops on the Reiki principles and on Reiki and intuition and is the author of Reiki for the Heart and Soul and Intuitive Reiki for Our Times. She lives in Pennsylvania.
