Through the development of the relational leadership framework, as well as other programs and keynotes, she is a collaborator and thinking partner supporting clients to identify and then act on the kinds of leadership required to fulfill their mission and strategy.As a leader, Birch has been a CEO and member of several C-suites; as a consultant, she helps other leaders become more confident, caring, and future facing. As an academic, she has done ten years of pioneering research in relational leadership, ensuring that leaders receive the benefit of working with an expert who is constantly learning. She is the founder and CEO of DrJillBirch.com, where she helps for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across many sectors. With an MA from the University of Toronto and a PhD from Griffith University in Australia, Birch has spoken to thousands of leaders around the world about fostering teamwork, building engagement, and creating the right metrics to measure success.
