Overview

The 22nd volume of the Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business contains various chapters relating to technology and the rights therein. There is a section dealing with the current situation regarding computer law in Luxembourg, Hungary and Greece and another chapter describing the ever-changing area of telecommunications and information technology in the United States, such topics reflecting the fastest developing sectors of business today. A further section covers aspects of intellectual property law.
