Mini Grey is an immensely successful and much admired British illustrator and writer of children's books, who was born in a mini in Wales! She has won the Kate Greenaway Medal from the professional librarians, recognising the year's best-illustrated children's book published in the UK, for The Adventures of the Dish and the Spoon and has been shortlisted for countless other prizes.
