James Eder is an Entrepreneur, Work.Life Coach, Public Speaker & Published Author. He has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. In 2005 he graduated from The University of Birmingham having completed his dissertation on The Impact of Coaching in Organisations. Since then he has been on a continuous self-development journey sharing his experience and knowledge as a mentor and coaching people helping support their own adventures. In 2021 James completed an ACC ICF accredited programme with Optimus Academy. He is the Co-Founder of Student Beans, a lifestyle platform for university students which includes the latest deals and discounts, providing student verification technology to brands across the globe from the USA to Australia and beyond. In early 2024 the parent company re-branded to Pion which helps retail and eCommerce marketers make their brand relevant with youth, Gen Z and other valuable consumer groups. By combining insights, advertising and verification, Pion helps brands understand, engage and grow loyalty with their target consumers. The Collision Code gives an insight behind how James with his co-founder & brother alongside the team built the business on the foundation that people do business with people.Following the discovery of his heart condition, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy he has designed a life to work for him. Most recently James focuses his time leveraging his experience and expertise as a Work.Life Coach delivering transformation for his clients.
