Brian D. Taylor is Professor and Chair of Political Science, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. He is the author of State Building in Putin's Russia: Policing and Coercion after Communism and Politics and the Russian Army: Civil-Military Relations, 1689-2000. Mike Chamberlain is an actor and voice-over performer in Los Angeles. His voice credits range from radio commercials and television narration to animation and video game characters.
