Robert C. Brears is the Founder of Our Future Water, which has a knowledge partnership with the World Bank's Connect4Climate and the OECD/World Bank/UNEP's Green Growth Knowledge Platform. He is an International Sectoral Expert (Water) of the Green Climate Fund.
