Author Information

Justin Andrews is the Co-Founder and CEO of REUZEit, Inc., a pioneer in the circular economy space, especially in surplus asset management across life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Over the past 15+ years, he has built REUZEit from a modest garage startup into a multinational platform, managing hundreds of millions of dollar in equipment. In 2010, he began by fixing lab equipment and selling it on eBay with his brother, Ryan. This evolved into a tech-enabled, AI-powered platform that now supports Fortune 100 clients like ThermoFisher, Moderna, Gilead, and Abbott. Justin is also a thought leader in sustainability, co-authoring academic works on circular economic surplus asset management (CE-SAM). He has lived and led REUZEit's worldwide expansions across Europe and Asia, and he is known for visionary leadership that combines infrastructure development, software innovation, and ESG impact. Prior to founding REUZEit, Justin earned a degree in Finance and even certified by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling as a master brewer. Ryan Andrews is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of REUZEit, where he leads revenue strategy and partner ecosystem development. With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has played a central role in scaling REUZEit into a world wide leader in Circular Equipment Management (CEM), transforming how industries manage surplus assets. He is a tactical operator who built REUZEit's international service network and led client acquisition efforts that secured long-term contracts with Fortune 500 firms such as ThermoFisher, Moderna, and Abbott. Known for spearheading massive campus shutdowns and high-stakes logistics projects, Ryan drives the operational execution that fuels REUZEit's growth. He co-authored The Circular Advantage and frequently speaks on sustainable business practices and ESG strategy. He's built systems for global money transfers, IoT medical devices, and modular housing platforms. His work has led to participation in top accelerators like Techstars and Alchemist and helped startups raise millions in venture capital. At REUZEit, Andrei integrated large language models (LLMs) with ERP systems, enabling equipment recognition and listing in seconds; a breakthrough that unlocked massive scale for REUZEit's platform. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the State University of Management and an Associate degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
