Overview

This book is for those who have a deep yearning in their hearts to experience miracles, signs, and wonders-like the early church did. The early disciples went about healing the sick, casting out demons, opening blind eyes, and demonstrating the power and love of God just as Jesus taught them. Jesus wants His Church of today to function in the same way. God challenged the author's Baptist church to go out into the deep to experience more of the Holy Spirit and His ministry gifts. This book documents the transition that they experienced, including her personal story. It is her desire that this book will challenge and stimulate the Church to be all it can be. To aid in this endeavor, she has shared insights and teachings that God has taught her over the years to help the readers to go deeper in their walk with the Holy Spirit. - Are miracles, signs, and wonders for the present age Church? - Is the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit for today's Church? - Can we carry out a ministry without the power of the Holy Spirit? - Do we as believers, fully grasp who we are in Christ, and how we are to function in His body?

Audrey Jackson is a teacher of the Bible who has had a hunger and thirst for God's Word since the day she was saved. She loves to share with others what God gives her and in doing so has helped many grow and develop in their spiritual lives. God has given her a special anointing, and a heart to minister to those who need inner healing and deliverance. She is the author of many bible study lessons, teachings and prayers that have greatly benefited the body of Christ. In 2011, she published her first book-a collection of prayers entitled Prayers for the Journey.
