Overview

This is the example of shepherd that Jesus gives us to imitate. Holy priests, good pastors, Christians are those who accompany their people in this way to extend that even at night when tired, come out to work and live among the people with love just like Jesus, who likes to come out and face difficulties when asked by the people. It is this attitude that the traditions of the church and of the Gospel challenge us to live during the period of lent. The church invites us to find true happiness in God, and not wasting our time seeking happiness elsewhere, in riches, in pleasures, in power, in careers, in prophecy, in human helps during lent so as to welcome the needs of the poor, the forgotten, and the morally condemned. This study is meant to help Catholics and each of us so that our Lenten journey would be fruitful for our salvation.
