SOME LEGENDS ARE REAL! Ophelia returns in her most precarious and deadliest quest yet! Two weeks have passed since Ophelia Winters' last epic adventure in the Mediterranean. Now back in England, the curator has been brooding during the rebuild of her beloved ravaged museum, until she unexpectedly receives a strange invitation to a prestigious banquet from a mysterious countess. Ophelia deduces that this could lead to the mythical and powerful Sceptre of Hephaestus, as the image is inscribed on a Gorgoneion talisman, which she recovered on her previous escapade. They had been killed by an elusive woman with supernatural powers and wielding a magical baton, which transformed some of her victims into stone! Turning to the curator for help, they make a connection. Once again, Ophelia is thurst into another perilous adventure, and encounters more than she bargained for. A corrupt armaments company called Legionshield Defence Industries learn of the planned operation, and intend to possess the sceptre and the super-human countess themselves. Ophelia and her companions must confront a horde of ancient horrors in her pursuit of uncovering the true legend and mysteries of the most famous tale in Greek mythology, in an action-packed journey which may lead to something, or someone - who is no longer a myth!
