Dr. T. Wiles Fowler, known as the ""Right Brain,"" is honored to serve as the Continuous Improvement Director at the Cleveland Clinic's Diagnostics Institute. He earned a Master's Degree in International Leadership from York University and a Doctorate in Strategic Healthcare Leadership from Regent in May 2026. With several decades of experience in federal and commercial sectors, he specializes in strategic planning, executive coaching, budget management, and operational excellence. He is focused on enhancing efficiency and eliminating waste, having led international teams for the U.S. Department of Defense and the Department of State. His work has taken him to various countries, including contributions to the POTUS Air Force One refueling process. He has been married to his wife, Terri, for 42 years, and they have four children and six grandchildren (and counting!)
