This book is dedicated to Jeffrey Bush, 36, of Tampa, Florida who perished March 2013 when a sinkhole engulfed his bedroom while he slept. His body was never recovered, and shockingly, the authorities filled in the sinkhole in less than a week. He remains buried there to this day.
